When you're listing Balkan countries to your grandparents and they have no clue what the hell you're talking about, don’t bother. Just tell them you’re going to Yugoslavia!

The only things that got me through this exhausting, hardcore heatwave of a trip were perfect company, Aperol, and refreshing swims.
